I really can’t remember if I already left a review of this wonderful establishment; but it’s worth another if I did. My wife and I have a spoiled American Bully with an extremely gentle demeanor and this place is so kind to her! We utilize them for - day care, occasional overnight stays and training. The care, cleanliness and love for the animals is the best you can find anywhere! We have only praise and gratitude for their work.

Would definitely recommend this place for cats!! My cat has diabetes and has never been left without me or my mom. We were nervous leaving him for a week but they took excellent care of him. All his insulin shots were given and he even got a bath before we picked him up. Definitely will be bringing him back when I go on vacation again!!

The ladies at the front desk are all very friendly. Very busy, yet all were smiling and hustling around. I watched and most knew dogs' names and owners. Lol. Tough thing to do. The entrance area is clean, and shelves filled with items for sale.

Have been taking my dog to kountry pet resort for kenneling for years. They have been very accommodating and I never leave my dog "just hoping for the best!". I hate kenneling my dog when I need to, but I know he is in good hands and that there are alot of other dogs to tend to, I feel like they really care and knowing kenneling is not my dogs first choice, he leaves like he liked it there. And they always make you feel like you have the best dog ever, which takes a lot of any guilt out when I take him there! Also there obedience classes are on par with the best! Will keep taking him there for the fact I don't have to think about how he is doing!

My shepherd Ziva started going to Kountry in October 2023. She is a rescue that is about 1 year old. She has unfortunately not had the best life. I picked up Ziva at a vet where she was abounded end of September. I know how important it is to socialize a shepherd l, so I began daycare twice a week. Ziva seemed to enjoy her visits so I felt comfortable lodging her for 10 days. Sometime in early November Ziva began coughing and lost her appetite. I took her to the vet and it turned out she had kennel cough. I notified Kountry immediately. In December after a lot of thought and consideration. I decided to a 10 day training that would benefit Ziva. I signed her up met with the trainer. She made me feel hopeful that Ziva would be in great hands. Now I am realistic and did not expect a fully trained dog. But at least some type of change. The price is on the higher side. I called to check on her a few times and I was constantly told she was doing great and eating well. Ziva stayed from December 21 to December 30 for her training. I walked in to pick her up and Ziva was so excited. She jumped on me and refused to comply to the trainers commands. I figured she was just happy to see me . After a few attempts to get her to comply Ziva was taken so the trainer and I could go over what she had learned. I could hear Ziva whining as we were talking, she had never been a whiney dog. Again, I figure she was happy and wanted to go home. The trainer brought Ziva out and demonstrated heel, sit, climb (a cot). ZIVA was exhausted so we went home after about an hour. I was confused because she was not trained much more than when I left her there. She did stay on the cot after the trainer pulled her pretty hard while wearing the prong collar. The trainer advised for me to continue her training at home and would follow up in a few weeks. The first day home Ziva just rested. I started training Sunday (the next day) including heel while on our walks. Ziva would whine after being corrected. She had never done that before. At the end of the day, she and I were relaxing. I gave her a head massage and noticed large red markings on her neck. I immediately removed her collar. To be honest my first reaction was "What the hell happened?" I took pictures to show Kountry the next day. It was New Years so Kountry was closed. I returned on Tuesday morning. They admitted something had happened while she was in their care and offered to pay for vet (umm no thanks). I took Ziva to the vet on the 5th, which was the soonest available. The vet could not say for certain that it was from a prong collar. She said shepherds have sensitive skin. Ziva is very much a shepherd and can be strong and stubborn. If there was an issue I was only a phone call away. I would have picked her up right away. Instead I was told she was great and instead sent home with an injury. Kountry's training was completely useless to us. I did not want to continue training at home and risk further injury to her neck. After about 7 days of medication she is looking better. Ziva was also groomed at Kountry prior to pick up, how did they not notice her neck. I was very concerned my poor girl was sent home with injuries and trauma. Ziva was definitely not herself after the stay at Kountry. She dragged me during one of our walks and poo and pee everywhere. Kountry offered to pay for the vet but not any portion of the training. This was one expensive lesson. I only want other doggies to be safe. It kills me to think Ziva was mistreated when we went there for help. No

I love bringing my dog here, they always take great care of him. In addition to boarding, they do a great job with grooming, and my little buddy always comes home fresh and clean. Would definitely recommend.

My husband & I took our two out of control golden doodle pups here for the 10 day training program. Picked them up today and already worth the money! The trainer worked with us thoroughly to make sure what the boys learned at kamp they would learn at home. We've already implemented commands and routines here and I already notice a difference in their behavior and listening skills! We were on our final straw and I couldn't thank them enough for a solid foundation in dog training!

We left our car here for 7 days and he was well taken care of. This was our first time boarding the cat and we are really happy with their service.
