Update: you can read in the response from the “company owner” the unprofessionalism. If you took the time to read my post I called multiple times starting since 11am. Every time I was spoken to for 2 seconds and then placed on hold for 30 minutes at a time. See I work a full time job, go to school and have 2 kinds 3 years old and under. Un like you i do my Job so I can’t be calling this “business” on the hour every hour.If you’re not going to answer the phone, at least respond to an email!After years of going to this tax place I regretfully have to say that I am disappointed in their professionalism. The receptionist was beyond rude. I sent my forms via email early last week. I maintained communication via email. And after receiving the message that I would get a call when my papers were finished for me to come in and sign I waited patiently. but then the deadline day came rolling around and I still had not heard from them. So I emailed to them early on in the day so that I can give them time to respond knowing that they are in their busy season. After not receiving a phone call or an email response I started calling at about 4 PM three hours before their website stated that they closed. I called a minimum of 10 times and waited on hold for at least two hours anti-emailed repeatedly with no response. so like any responsible person I hopped in my car and drove all the way over there to see what was going on. And to my disbelief the secretary was nowhere near the desk or the phone. All the while I am on hold during my 30 minute drive to the office. When the receptionist finally gets to her desk she greets me with attitude after I mention that I’ve been trying to get a hold of them all day long.After I give her my information she proceeds to try to belittle me and points out things make me feel like I am in the wrong. When I bring up the phones she’s like yes well it’s hard with us being so busy. When I bring up the emails she blames me for not responding to her emails when she never replied to any of my emails beyond Thursday of last week. And beyond that she tries to say that it’s my fault for waiting last minute and it’s my fault for driving there and my forms not being ready and it’s my fault for not knowing that they are open past 7 PM. So instead of losing my cool I waited in my car and vented to husband. So he decides to give them a call and go and behold she answers the phone on the second ring. And on top of that the whole time I’m in there she’s just walking around.While I was there She was barely at her desk and I didn’t hear the phone ringing off the hook for her to have me on hold for two hours and not get through to anyone throughout the entire day. Ridiculous. She should Find a new career path or learn to be more professional.

I have been visiting the Hanover Park office since the year 2013 and I have never had any issues. They offer multiple services which is what I love about them! Aside of the fast friendly service. Thank you for making me feel like family! Keep up the great work!

I have been visiting the Hanover Park office since the year 2002 and I have never had any issues. They have multiple services which explains how they have many clients and are always busy. No matter how busy they are they strive to get the job done. Keep up the good work!

For over 8 years I have been a client of this Tax Services office. I have never got an issue or complain. The staff is super friendly and caring. The service provided is done very well and professional. People are knowledgeable of what they are doing and they advise you beyond of what you are looking for to provide you a great service and to be well informed. I strongly recommended this place to all my friends and family and they have thanked me even since for doing so.
