We recently had a squirrel in our attic and are so glad we chose Bobcat Trapping. Bob came out the same day, which was a huge help since we were leaving town for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. He was very informative and knew exactly what type of animal we were dealing with just from my description of the noises and after scoping out the attic. He set up three traps, and the squirrel was safely trapped and relocated that same evening. A few days later, Bobcat Trapping came back to remove the remaining traps and fix the loose soffit where the squirrel was getting in. The whole experience was smooth and professional, and the pricing was fair. Highly recommend Bobcat Trapping! We’ve saved their number and they will be our first call if we ever need help again. A few months ago, I started hearing noises coming from my chimney. I called a company to check it out, and they told me it was just the wind even though I clearly heard scratching noises like an animal climbing inside. Despite not doing much, they still charged me a lot just for the visit. They also tried to upsell me on expensive animal proofing. I decided not to move forward with them because it just didn’t feel right. Instead, I called Bob and I’m so glad I did.
I bought my house a few years ago, and whoever originally did the animal proofing didn’t do a great job. I noticed that the mesh was coming loose and birds were starting to open it. Just yesterday, my husband heard birds again in the chimney, so I called Bob. He responded right away and came out today.
He found a bird nest inside and did a great job cleaning it out. He replaced the old wire mesh with a new one and actually bolted it down properly, something the previous installer hadn’t done, which is probably why the birds got in. He was kind, professional, and gave me a very fair price.
I’m so happy I called him. If you're dealing with any chimney or animal proofing issues, I highly recommend calling Bob. He’s honest, reasonably priced, and far more trustworthy than some of the bigger companies that charge an arm and a leg.

Bob and his workers are the best! They came by to clean out a bird nest that was in my vent. They also found another nest and took care of that! On top of that, without even asking, Bob took care of a nest above the gutter and filled a hole in the siding to prevent any future animals from entering. He went above and beyond what I was expecting and priced the service very reasonably. I highly recommend him for any future animal issues.

I hired this company to evict bats from the attic of an old building but his crew missed several spots and repeatedly told me it was completely sealed. Eventually I had to hire a different company to finish the job.

We tried 2-3 other companies to help us with our squirrel situation and all of them failed to find where the squirrels were coming in from. My husband called Bobcats and he was super responsive and assured us he would take care of the situation, and within the first day 3 of the squirrels that would go into our attic were caught! It was the biggest relief after dealing with the issue for months. After catching squirrels, he covered every hole that they would enter from. I would recommend Bob 10000% over any other company. He actually listens to your situation (unlike other companies) thank you so much bob!!

Highly recommend using Bob. He was super friendly, on time (on a Saturday) and extremely reasonable. After many failed attempts with several other companies, I came across Bob and I'm glad I did. He came and got a birds nest out of my 3rd story condo. He cleaned it out and fixed the dryer vent cover. Would definitely use his services again!

Bob at BobCat Trapping is the absolute best around for taking care of your pest problems. I made the mistake of contacting a larger company first but they did the bare minimum to help me with my raccoon in the attic problem. After a week of nothing being done by this large company, I contacted Bob at BobCat Trapping. Bob went above and beyond to make sure he caught the mama and baby raccoons and then took care of fixing the damaged entry point used by the raccoon in addition to cleaning out the attic of the mess the raccoons left behind. We also utilized Bob to add new insulation in the attic. We could not be happier with Bob and his team. Fantastic work and fair prices. Highly recommended.
