I rented a unit recently with this company. I received great customer service from Jacquelyn and Alex at the store on Army Trail in Hanover Park. They were very nice informative and professional. Their prices are really good I left public storage because they don't want my business I did not feel appreciated after a long relationship. I am feeling good about my new relationship with cubesmart.

I always have a good experience when I go to this location. Anytime I need help, Jacqueline is always ready to help and so personable.
