Very good service. They took me as a walk-in with a punctured tire. Friendly, quick, great communication and fair pricing. They did a great job getting my large 37x13.50R22 removed, new tire put on, mounted, balanced and aligned. They checked all my tires and put air in them. Very detailed and thorough. Great teamwork observed.

Had a great experience this past weekend. Sales personnel Logan was very helpful and informative on making sure that all my questions were answered and that I was getting the right tires for my needs. Highly recommended.

Very upsetting. I have come several yeRs for tire service here.
Today i came to change the 4 tires again. After 2 hours of wait time the service manager came to tell me the car is in the bay but they cant change the tires because they dont have the key. I been here before with the same car and rims. Thats just crazy. Now you dont have the stupid key to change a Toyota Camry SE. Last time i come to this place. They should have check if they have the tires, the time and the key before taking upon the job. Just ridicilous to make somebody waist hours of his time.

I've been to this Discount Tire several times and it's always been a great experience.
A few months ago, I had a flat tire due to a nail, and Discount Tire patched my tire for free despite the fact that this most recent set of tires on my current car wasn't purchased from them. Apparently it's just their policy to do it for free!
Today, I went in to get some tire pressure TPMS sensors replaced. The OEM ones were failing due to old age and I had two sensors out. They were able to tell me that a third sensor had a low battery reported. We decided to replace all 4 sensors. They did it for less than HALF the cost that Arlington Heights Ford charged me to do the same replacement on a different car 5 years ago. They also had me in and out in under a half hour, which was crazy. They weren't extremely busy at the time, but I was so incredibly impressed.
I have always somewhat gone out of my way to get tire related work done at Discount Tire rather than the dealership, but these recent experiences have reaffirmed my loyalty to Discount Tire and I'll definitely be back here for my tire related needs in the future.

Came in for a flat repair. They fully explained and showed me the extensive damage to my tire. Then explained how the warranty works in detail. Done in less than one hour. Great job! Rock Star treatment!

PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE MY WIFE WAS THERE FOR A NEW RIM THEY SOLD HER 2 RIMS AFTER SHE LEFT THERE WAS A VERY WEIRD NOISE COMING FROM THE CAR SHE WENT BACK AND THEY TOLD HER IT WAS THE SUSPENSION EVEN THO THE CAR DID NOT HAVE THE NOISE SHE PICKED ME UP WE WENT BACK THE MANAGER IDK HIS NAME IS A VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL HE TRIED SO HARD TO MAKE ME BELIVE THAT THE NOISE WAS THEREAFTER HOURS OF ARGUING HE FINALLY PUT MY OLD RIM ON THE NOISE NOT THERE VERE BAD PACE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING VERY BAD MANAGEMENT THEY TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US......

These techinicans always go above and beyond to help. Everytime I come in it's easy and straightforward experience. Prices are only climbing these days and they make sure to give you the best price and best tire for your application. Keep in mind this location is always busy and for a good reason. My tire got hit, and it got burst. My husband towed car at this location and wanted to replace the burst tire, but the guy made him change 2 tires, saying the other front tire was worn out with 40% life left in it. He wasn’t sure and didn't want to take a chance, so he got 2 front tires changed. The guy installed old rear tires in front and new tires in the back.he didnt even ask if he could do that. He was just supposed to change front tires not the back!
After couple of days air was leaking from the front tire and we went back to check and they said that there is a very small hole on the side . Instead of fixing it they want him to change front 2 tires again. The guy was insisting to change it. On my husband's initial visit, they said the unaffected tire has 70% life. Today they are saying it has only 40% life. We went there to change 1 tire but ended up changing 3 tires. They were insisting to change the 4th one as well. We are not satisfied with the experience here. Insisting customers for unnecessary tire changes is not professional. There is a fine line between advising and insisting. I am not going to recommend this place to anyone or come here for my car needs ever again.
