If I could give this place a 0 Star I would. Brought in a tire on a rim that needed to have a plug patch in it. Even had the objects location identified to make it more easy. The guy pulled out the small piece of flat metal that was in at an angle which was causing the leak and said it can't be repaired and needed to be replaced. I'm guessing this was because they didn't want the business. So I took it to a competitor down the street (Discount Tire) and they repaired within 2 hours between helping other customers. If I would recommend anything it would be to bypass this business and head over to Discount Tire as they try and take care of the customer. For me to go to Discount Tire I would have to drive past this business which is fine I'll spend the little extra bit of fuel for a better experience.

Go somewhere else for a better and more pleasurable experience cause the guys here are snippy and think you’re bothering them for having them work and do the job they get paid to do

Had an appointment scheduled for an oil change at 6pm. Went to check-in and all I was told in response by employee was "No". I looked at them confused and asked what they meant by that as I had the email confirmation on my phone for an appointment at this location for 6pm. He was very snippy with me and claimed it was impossible for me to have an appointment for 6pm since they close at 6. He checks the computer system and lo and behold my appointment showed up for 6pm, but he says that my appointment "is not going to happen" since they'll be closing. No apology and no prior notice although they confirmed my appointment. Checked this location's hours afterward, and they do not close until 7pm on the day I went in. I also had this appointment scheduled at a different firestone location earlier in the day, and that appointment was also cancelled on me day of, but that location at least called me with prior notice. Ridiculous and awful customer service at this location, will never be returning.

More than once this store has incorrectly re-attached an undercarriage cover on our vehicle. There was no mention of a discount or reimbursement. We have had to pay extra for the dealership to replace the first cover that was damaged. This Hanover Park location was convenient, but the quality is very poor. We will no longer recommend family and friends to this location.

Just in case you missed my last review....DO NOT go get service at this location! We took the car back for them to re-apply the plastic undercarriage cover...and today it falls off again on the highway. This place is careless and the quality of work is very poor.

I had work done on my Vehicle prior to my visit. Changed both CV axles. Which it required a wheel alignment after. Setting up my appointment and getting the work done was saucerful..

I went in to have my car looked at, it was making an unusual noise. After having it for an hour, they said they couldn't hear it and there was nothing wrong. That will cost you for a diagnostic inspection. After i paid them, I drove away andi immediately heard the noise. These guys are horrible!

Took my car in for an oil change and alignment. Explained an issue I was having with my car not moving forward in drive as much. Manager brushed me off and told me to get the transmission checked down the street. Next day car started shaking and smoking because the caliper one on one wheel was completely seized and burning the rotors. I took it to the Hoffman location instead and they figured out the issue and took care of me. They also told me they were concerned and confused how this was missed by the techs at Hanover since the issue was incredibly apparent. Skip this location and go to Hoffman Estates instead.

I would give higher scores but unfortunately your prices are very high. I understand the factors involved such as qualified mechanics deserve industry standard wages. I also appreciate the convenience of your store hours and the quick turnaround. Still, I feel if I shopped around, I could find better pricing. That said, it was my choice not to, but I still feel the financial impact.

I always recommend this Firestone location to everyone I talk with, about my car, when it's being serviced there. I moved to another town, yet still bring my car back to this location for all of my service needs. I'll be seeing you again, soon. Thanks fellas!

Went in for an alignment, service advisor talked me out of it. I asked to find the noise from the drivers side front and they claim there is no noise. Took my money for the diagnosis but no results. Can't trust people that just try to turn numbers and not customer service.
