First Eagle Bank is a great example what personal banking is all about. I bank at the DuPage branch and banking associates like Jada and Mark are the reason I chose smaller branches over the large banks. These 2 associates are always there for me and treat me like a valued customer!!! I trust them with all my personal, business, and investment accounts.

The construction staff was really professional and attentive with our queries. They went above and above to meet our needs, including assisting us with a little electrical issue. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Been customer for over 25 years. Always transferred money between accounts when one overdraft. Last week charged me 45 dollars. Yesterday overdraft of 11 dollars on one account transferred immediately. Today another 45 charge. Closing all 3 accounts.

Been customer for over ten years. Very friendly people. Will call directly if they feel something is a miss on any of my accounts. Helped me many times to avoid fees.

High interest rates & along with nickel & dime fees. Was a customer for a long time left very dissatisfied. Nothing good to say about this bank, hard to use website, no convenient branches, When you need them don't expect them to be there for you.
