This Jiffy Lube, oil change and basic filter changes, okay. But anything else, such as a battery change I strongly recommend a professional auto repair shop if not a dealership in lieu of the group. Two weeks ago they installed a cheap no name battery without checking the charge and replaced the terminals. Terrible termination job which isolated half the wire strand. End result being stranded, with their helper lying about the service provided and the idiot manager telling us to have if towed back to their shop, knowing they did not have the capability to correct. Seriously, these grease monkeys couldn't change a flashlight battery.
If a zero could be scored these folks would have earned it!

Stopped in soon before the store closed and Julie in front was very helpful despite me being last minute. They were upfront about prices and what exactly my car needed. Will definitely be returning and recommending!

Julie at the register was super helpful when figuring out the fees for my oil change as well as making sure I knew when to come in again next time, very friendly and will definitely be using this location again in the future!

Had an oil change service done and o asked to check tire pressure. The reason was the tire light was on. This car the light will go off once the tire pressure is good. I watched them check one tire. I asked them to check it again he told me that the light will go off once I drive around. I went to a different place and the checked the tires and all the tires needed to be inflated to the correct pressure. Don’t lie and say you did something when you didn’t. Can’t trust you and won’t go back.

Eric and Andrea provided a great experience for my family and I while we took our 2 cars there. The staff checked us in and Andrea made use that my kids were comfortable and even went as far as to give us some dry erase markers so that the kids could draw on the windows to keep them entertained.We ran in to a problem with the oil filter and a part that looked like it was damaged at another libation on my last oil Change. Eric went ahead and got the part and made sure that we had our car up and running within the hour. Great people and service that we will go back to from now on.
