Was treated well I had ordered some tires from Amazon only to find out their Chinese tires so I asked the manager what’s the best tire you have in the place and he gave me some really nice Goodyear tires for my wife’s car cause I want it safe for her he gave me a smoke deal and felt bad that I ordered crap tires and really took care of me. I would go back to this place only when I needed tires or service this place rocks Walrer C

Great job by Victor the store manager! I arrived two hours prior to closing and my tires were not available as scheduled in the appointment due to a glitch in the Goodyear corporate system. Victor made sure to get the specialty tires from another store more than a half hour away so that his outstanding team could finish the job before closing and I was ready for my road trip the next morning. Very friendly check out service by Carlos.

Came in for a tire replacement, had a GREAT experience. Victor helped me, he was very professional and informative. I had just blown out a tire and was on a time crunch to pick up my daughter from school and he went above and beyond to make sure my tire was replaced in a very timely manner. So grateful for his help!

Thank you, Mike and the entire Just Tires team, for your outstanding service! I arrived about 50 minutes before closing with my 2½-year-old twins in the car and a tire with low pressure. The team took me in right away, had my car on the stand within minutes, and got everything checked and fixed before closing. Excellent service, fast turnaround, and very professional. Highly recommend!

This place was awesome! I came in with 2 tires that were in very rough shape. Victor B. Was able to help me out and squeeze me in. He even came out got his hands dirty, not sure if it was because of me(id like to think so). But if it was for me, I can applaud him even more. Talk about going above and beyond for a client.
Ontop of that, the service was great my car feels so much better and I feel safer, to put my family in my car, and everyday driving. The prices were fair, and the place was hospitable and comfortable with nearby stores to pass some time while the service is being performed.
I would definitely return and see victor, he even checked up on me, thats a first for me!

Horrible customer service. I understand saturday walk-ins are very busy. I called before my visit and was assured it was np to be serviced. Arrived and waited my turn to speak to Salesperson,upon entered my name and number was told to take a seat and wait. I watched 3 different walkins being assisted. Had I not spoken up about my turn I'd still be there

I'm here for tired rotation. Customer service is very friendly and knowledgeable of the service. You get an estimated time with drop off service or you can wait.

Made appointment on line based on tires in stock for my car but they couldn't find my reservation and the tires were not in stock when I showed up for the scheduled appointment. Plus the guy at the counter didn't seem like he cared either way. Will never use just tires.

After i called and made an appointment to patch my tire, I took the drive and they cancelled on me upon arriving because they said the patch will come off so they don't want to take responsibility!!!! (BUT the truth is. They were just busy to do a small job for $45)

Came in to get 4 tires on my company's fleet vehicle. Great staff and great customer service. Got a great deal on tires and service was really fast. In and out with an alignment check under 45 mins. Will return for another set of 4 tires for my second fleet vehicle.

The service is too bad. Lack of education and respect on the part of the man who serves at reception. He left me standing in front of him for more than 20 minutes, because he was checking the computer. I diverted calls that came to the premises! When someone else finally helped me, the man intervened in the conversation. I did not do the work on the site, I do not recommend it.
