Me and the wifey did pedis for the first time here. They did amazing work! We live right down the street. Pricing is great. This place should most definitely have 4 star plus! Super friendly staff. Attention to detail.

Don't go here if you're in a hurry. They have left imus waiting beyond our appointment time multiple times but today was the worst. They knew I was on my lunch break and 30 minutes after my appointment time I still hadn't been helped so I had to leave. I will never go back.

The whole staff is amazing! Super friendly and welcoming. And they all do a great job with their work. I especially love Nina, I’ve been going with her for a while now and she is great at what she does!

Needed a last minute pedicure before I left for vacation and they just so happened to be open. I’ve been here before and had a pleasant experience. When I was getting the pedicure it seemed that new or newly sanitized tools weren’t used on my feet. Two weeks later I took off my nail polish and saw that my one toe was black and the other was yellow and crusting. Two other toes have now started to become discolored. Just a few days ago, the two toenails affected first have since fallen off and am now dealing with ugly feet. I am extremely frustrated and will never come back.

They keep deleting my reviews. I went here twice for gel overlay on my natural nails, they charge me for gel overlay but use acrylic and lie and say it’s gel. You have to use UV light to dry gel nails not put hand in front of fan to dry that is how you dry acrylic nails. Then had the nerve to try and charge me for no chip polish when all I asked for was clear top coat over the overlay. Do not waste your time or money here, I only went here because my regular one was booked up.

Do not go to this place if you don’t want to waste your money, the workers here are very rude and they don’t acknowledge you when you come in, I had initially asked for a square French design and I got a horrific nail set and they charged me $65!!

The service is actually terrible, the work is very bad, the nails don't last at all, the material is terrible, they don't give a guarantee, it's very expensive, I'm going to sue them.

I Love Lily Nails I love the special Attention they give to their customers given each spa treatment the atmosphere is very serene and relaxing the Family of technicians are warm and friendly this salon has been apart of the Streamwood area for many years tucked away across from Metra Station and StreamWood Police Department it's easy to get to with accommodating Parking

typically go elsewhere but had to change plans last minute. Had to ask the man foing my pedicure to scrub again, then they cut deep into my nail, polish is lumpy - quoted price over phone & gave the run around in person when trying to pay after the price jumped $20. I guess i didn’t give her time to “say the discount”.

Nails very thick and not natural looking. Nails not glued and as a result some fell off within a week. I would not recommend this place. Will not be going back.

Been going here for years with my daughter. On today, I experienced what some others have mentioned about being skipped over for other customers. I brought 2 others with me, for manis and pedis. Pedis went fine. When it came time for manis, the older gentleman asked if I would wait 5 mins. Taking him on his word, I agreed. He went on to give another customer a full pedicure. I was unable to get a mani, as the rest of my party was wrapping up their manicures, while I sat waiting over 30 mins. The other customer clearly communicated that she did not have an appointment because she tried to call when the business was closed. After all those years of patronage, no real apology or attempt to make it up to me, at all. To top it off, my pedicure chipped before I made it home!! Not sure that I will ever return.
