I must admit that if there's alcohol in it, I am almost always going to Binny's for it. I've been shopping there for many years and will continue to do so until I move away.
That said, you would think that something as popular as Buffalo Trace bourbon would be readily available at Binny's. At a dinner party last night, a friend brought some and told me he bought it at the Binny's close to Mount Prospect. That's a little too far for me.
Quick call to Wine & Liquor and I was on my way to pick some up when the owner said that they indeed carry it.
One interesting thing is that I couldn't find it. I couldn't find it because their selection is so big, that after about 5 or 10 minutes of searching, I finally had to ask the person behind the counter who quickly pointed me to the Buffalo Trace.

“Very nice liquor store in the neighborhood, it clean and updated and the best part they carry Casa Humilde. The price on the Casa Humilde sometimes a bit over priced here. Also wished they had a bigger selection of it since they make so many different flavors. Also they have pinche miches mix”
“Fantastic and very convenient grocery store. Store looks to be under new management as many new items are appearing! You can get a lot of Mexican specialty food here. There is also a small mexican restaurant inside with great tasting items. I will be back for sure!”
