Emanuel was really nice but his assistant manager was passive-aggressive and rude. She bumped into me without apologizing and started talking down to me like I was a child, just because I asked if there was a way to look something specific up on my receipt. When I later asked if she could help or provide insight on which paint would best contrast with my cabinets, she remained passive-aggressive and dismissive. She basically told us to figure it out ourselves and then walked away.

5/2022 5* Great place. Has what I want when I want it. And at a reasonable price typically. So good place to stop. Parking lot is a bit unusual, but it works.
12/2020 5* Found what I needed at the price I wanted. Staff was kind and friendly. Helpful for what I was looking for. Nice place!

I received exceptional, very humble customer service from Shanita. It was a pleasure being assisted in a very professional manner - listening, understanding, problem-solving, demonstrating empathy, focused, positive attitude and a natural leader for self and/or her coworkers/team. I enjoy coming to Menards, Hanover Park, IL, location for all my project needs. You have a firecracker of an employee - thank you Shanita. Your service of care was very humble and deeply heartfelt.
