I have a 2014 Town & Country that needed exhaust repair. I made an appointment, and they took me on time! Chris and the team did a great job and took the time to make sure it was done right that day. If you want a quality job and good service, I highly recommend them because it's hard to find good service like this these days.

Over all experiance was good but i was told by the associate total cost of your work will be 175 dollars so i told him go ahead but when final bill is given to me it was 209 dollars .other wise all other services was good

Had my oil change and tire rotation done at this location. They damaged my lug nut key while doing the rotation. When I confronted the technician and asked him why are you using impact gun on the lugnut key, he said they always use this when doing rotation. Pls inform your staff not to use the impact gun on the lugnut key. It's going to cost $80 dollars to replace the key.

This Midas has horrible customer service. After having my vehicle serviced there twice. The issue still has not been resolved. They charged me $2,000 to tell me the issue is only temporarily fixed and may come back. Guess what? The issue is back after a week of driving. Stay away from this location. I recommend driving down Irving Park Road a little further and have your vehicle serviced at Merlin's!
