Did wheel alignment at this place and they did a bad job on this, which I realized after few days while driving on freeway. Had to go to my dealership to fix the alignment. When I shared my experience in their company survey email, someone called me and seems like he did not like my review. Showed bad attitude while talking, which resulted me to hang up on him.

Per husband: “They actually found the dang issue and did a ton of rewiring that other shops don't normally do. They went into my wiring harness and replaced 1 wire instead of replacing and charging me for the entire harness.”

I’ve never liked this Midas. The manager has a bad attitude. The way he treats his employees and customers is insane. They always try to make you pay thousands of dollars when you just need a simple oil change, tire rotation, etc. It’s all about money. I went in for an alignment and they didn’t even do it since I didn’t want to buy a $1,000 part. I wasted an hour of my time for them not to even do an alignment. I should have learned from a couple years ago. I will never take my car there again.

I Have been a long time customer at Midas in Hanover Park. I've always been pleased with their service. I called one early morning to ask if I could bring in my car for service as the bottom plastic shield under my car was ripped almost completely off the day before. It had been dragging under the car and I needed to drive it a long distance that morning. When I called Renee on the phone about my delemma, he quickly commented that they would see me right away!! When I arrived they took my car into service and quickly repaired and reattached the shield. In 15 minutes my car was restored! I wanted to pay for the repair, but they insisted no charge! I was so very thankful for the guys helping me and generously completing my repair at a moments notice! You guys are fantastic and I will stay a loyal customer! Thank you again for helping me so I could get back on the road and get to my appt. on time!
