Maybe the lady at the other store had a bad day but I find it crazy to tell me to go back to Germany. Never had something like that happen. I told the lady at the store here what happened and she was very nice and we had no problem buying items with a valid German passport.”

“Ever since I changed pharmacy from Walgreens to Jewel Osco I could tell right away the difference of professionalism. No longer getting hung up on by Walgreens, no more talking to a machine trying to get ahold of the pharmacist for more than 10 minutes, no more trying to get a hassle for my medicine no more stress. The people at jewel Osco are so nice and not rude or leave me on the phone and know what I’m taking about I’m so happy I switched. The only thing im worried about is when I try to get ahold of my Methylphenidate it was out of stock I hope this isn’t going to be an on going thing but other than that I love this pharmacy and im glad im at jewel Osco pharmacy”

Lynn found a place for my mom to sit down, asked if she could call someone, brought mom's cart to a checkout, bagged her groceries, got the payment from Mom, and helped her to her car!!!!! “I shop at your West Chicago store for a few nursing home residents- it takes some time dividing up the groceries, doing seperate check outs and even bagging creatively so as not to mix-up orders. Your staff is always Great! Kim the cashier was super helpful, patient and accommodating this week. Please know your staff is doing a wonderful job! I especially appreciate the good service when managing 3 grocery orders for these elderly residents who need to transport the groceries in this large facility using their walkers from lobby to room ! Lots of planning for that and your staff helps me distribute weight, etc...Please extend my gratitude to your team!”

“Movies for a dollar at this dual kiosk in front of the Walgreens. There is an auto charging station to the East of this if you need a charge. Being in front of the Walgreens it is in a very convenient location for all to use and rent movies.”

“I took my child here for their Covid vaccine. My child is 6 and was nervous about shots. The lady who administered the vaccine was amazing. She was kind and patient and had some tricks up her sleeve to keep my daughter calm and quickly give the shot. Highly recommend!”

“This Walgreens is the location I chose after moving to the area a year ago and I have always had a positive experience. All of the technicians especially Michelle always meet my needs and listen to my concerns. They always have my prescriptions ready on time and I hardly ever have to wait in a line at the drive through. Everyone is so helpful and it shows that they take pride in their work. I will be sticking with this location while I am living in this area.”
