I described what I was looking for and Jade stated that she had what I was looking for and quoted me a price. Upon arrival, Jade showed me the Cross and it was EXACTLY what I was looking for! I looked at the price tag and the price on the tag was higher than what was quoted. HOWEVER, Jade honored the price which she quoted me over the phone.
