Paola was very gentle with my elderly Mom, who has dementia.
She was professional but also made sure my mom was comfortable during treatment.

Very little waiting time. Very professional. Staff introduced themselves explained who they were. The doctor was excellent explained the steps needed to done for the issue I had.

Do NOT make an appointment here. If you’re happy to see so many time slots available it’s because they’re frauds. You’ll be put to the bottom of the waiting list as first come first served anyways. After waiting half an hour past my appointment time, the receptionist admitted that they only have one singular doctor working and they see people based on their arrival, and not based on appointment times. What a colossal waste of time.

Hi, I had a pleasant visit at this facility, the time wait was reasonable and staff very helpful. I filled out the paperwork while waiting and got an appointment within an hour of calling in. Thanks again.

Frustrated, not a trust place to go, they charged for something that not done plus charge in double. Also overpriced 5 times more for the regular price.

I had been feeling sick for over a week. They were very thorough and were able to do all the tests right on site. I walked out of there with the correct meds finally! Started to feel better by the end of the day and ready to get back to life.

Absolutely horrible place. Person at the desk is extremely rude. I was here about a month ago for having blood in my ear. I was billed for the visit. Today I needed a visit due to having a sore throat and ear ache. Told me they don’t bill and my co pay would be $100. I told her they did bill me last time and my co pay is $50. She argued about it. I said fine and pulled out the $100 for it. Apparently they don’t take cash. I said fine cancel the appointment. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else for urgent care.

The staff was wonderful, they were patient and efficient, got us in, took a careful history, did Grayson, confirmed a fracture and referred us to an orthopedic. They were awesome, our new goto place where we have medical issues. Great service, great experience.

Cindy and Kristina Crespo were very professional and answered all my questions and took care of me. They prescribed ear drops that are making me feel better.

Made an appointment for 11am. Got there at 10:30am. Watched 3 people in scrubs walk to their cars in the Menards parking lot. Parked and went to front door and it was locked. No communication that my appointment was cancelled or that they were closing early. For being sick and getting out of the house for care this is poor business etiquette.
