Drove close to an hour to pickup some tequila that I couldn’t find anywhere closer than S&B. D helped me find what I was looking for, and answered all of the questions I had about ordering products, and when additional items might be back in stock. While it was a long drive for me, I’ll definitely be back to get those hard to find items that aren’t available in the city!

I discovered a hard-to-find bottle on their website, placed the order on a Thursday, was immediately contacted to verify my shipping address, and received the bottle the following Monday. I'm extremely pleased with my experience. This was my first time ordering with SB Wine and Spirits and I recommend them.

Charged $40 shipping Wasn't home didn't get a call or left a message for my order then was told I can reorder and an additional $40 ! 🤣 lol

Amazing customer service! I ordered a shipment online and UPS made s as mistake and sent it back. S&B went out of their way to track me down and sort out the order quickly getting it resent.

I bought Olita gold reposado in Cancun several years ago and due to the ridiculous Cancun price. have been rationing it. I finally sipped the last drop and found SB Wine...I got 3 bottles delivered within a couple of days for much less than 1 bottle in Cancun (tourist pricing). They arrived quickly, well packed and in perfect condition. I no longer have to ration! Customer service was great...texted and called to be sure shipping address was correct, and the staff was excellent! I'm now looking to see what other spirits I want delivered at great prices I may not be able to get locally.

I was pleased to find a rather obscure Estonian liqueur, Vanna Tallinn at SB Wine & Spirits. They called soon after I placed my order to verify my delivery address. Very nice, helpful person on the phone. UPS delivery was delayed longer than it should have been but I will take my complaint about that to UPS.
