Wish can write a good review, but unfortunately I had a bad experience the second time in this location. They want to overcharge me $$$. Another location 15 minutes later sold me the same products for half the price what Hanover Park wants.

I just went in to do an exchange and the guy there was rude and extremely inviting. He didn't help me at all. I had an email receipt and he said there's nothing he can do which makes no sense. There was another guy standing behind him just staring. I had a great experience at the Naperville location so I thought I would get some help at this location as well.

It used to be a 5 star store, unfortunately not recently, and had to take my business somewhere else. New place was able to help me in 24h. Location Hanover Park was not able to do it for 7 days. What is going on?

The Manager Angelica & staff do a very efficient,and excellent job of helping anyway they can!!Even when they are out of certain materials I usually use ( not their fault, there’s been shortages since Covid, and the hurricane) they always know the right substitutions to make.Also they ALWAYS have my phone-in orders ready as well. Great knowledge as well.They continue to keep me and my customers happy ? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Horrible curbside service. Asked me to come in to provide credit card info even though I was already charged. (Defeats the point of curbside) Hung up on 3x while I watched Nick help other people who walked in after my first call. Then just put a box outside the front door without any indication that it was my order. Disappointed and will be going elsewhere.

Excellent quality paint, a little costly compared to big box stores but worth it for professional results. The staff is friendly and helpful and I recommend them to anyone wanting any painting projects.
