Today around 10:30am, I decided to visit this location. All I could see is the garage cans overflowing and all the tables were super dirty. All the employees were super rude and not welcoming. Super bad service.. very unfortunate.

The tipping requests at the window for a drive through purchase need to stop honestly. It is getting ridiculous considering you charge over 5$ per coffee as a company.Pay your employees properly.

Unfortunately when I first came here the drink I wanted was out of stock so a very nice girl asked me to order something else and then I chose another drink and I really liked it so thank you Starbucks for adding something new in my life

Jena! you are the best! She is gold start. Very knowledgeable of all the drinks. Very friendly she was able to explained in detail the products, and was very proactive suggesting new options. Which is now my favorite drink. I could not thank management enough for having this wonderful employee.

I recently relocated to the area from MO, where my daughter is a manager at Starbucks. I often speak with her regarding the customer service I receive. I shared with her, on which she was very pleased, about a young man named Cowlyn. I just want to share that because of him, I visit the store on more than one occasion. He truly makes the Starbucks experience what it's meant to be. My drinks are not basic and he is able to mimic what I'm accustomed to receiving. Thanks again Cowlyn for making my experience at Starbucks great.

I know Starbucks drinks are supposed to be uniform but I just had the best caramel crunch Frappuccino ever at this location and they made it super fast.

I was waiting to be attended by the employees, but they were too busy talking amongst themselves to even care to take my order. They need to train their staff better in customer service.
