This is the absolutely worse U.S.Bank branch in the area!!
Tellers are rude they don't care if you're sitting in the drive through, or standing in line, they will continue with their socializing, their chatter, whatever else that they are sorting and doing, and they will completely ignore you. And if you try to get their attention they will say, "I will be with you in a minute we are very busy! "
One of them even had the gall to tell me you can come back later we are very busy right now!!
What the hell! (Don't mean to be profane ) But, seriously, are you going to leave people sitting in your drive-thru for a good 10 minutes! That's ridiculous.
No. I'm not expecting a McDonald's drive-thru deal, but for goodness sakes, just show a little sense of urgency or courtesy, that's all what anyone would want.
Again, this is the absolute worst branch. If you don't want your day ruined then avoid it at all cost!!.

People cut in line and bank tellers don't say anything just make you wait longer-lady at the counter didn't know how to help me and was extremely rude
Went in for something simple and just left to go to a different branch

I haven’t needed to be inside of a bank in awhile because I do most of my banking online. I needed to take care of a couple of things in person and Nicole and Sadhama were extremely courteous and helpful and took care of my needs. Like anywhere else some things take a little more time to process so patience by both parties is key.

The US bank at the Hanover park branch is TERRIBLE. I went in to have my name added to my parents bank account who are elderly and as soon as I approached the window and told her why we were there she drops her pen on the counter with annoyance and “sigh” and immediately said that she didn’t have time to help and to make an appointment. I explained to her that my parents had been there a week prior and asked what was needed and never mentioned that an appointment was required. She then said “it’s not a requirement but as you can SEE (with an attitude) it’s only two of us covering for lunch. I looked around and we were the ONLY customers inside and 2 cars were in the drive thru. They had 3 workers total, but somehow that was an impossible scenario. Again, we were THE ONLY ones inside the bank. I highly doubt that the 2 cars in the drive thru were opening bank accounts or making major bank transactions that they couldn’t help one person inside. I explained to her that I had specifically asked to take time off work to do this for my parents and all she can say is “yeah maybe you should have not come in when we’re busy” she then said I could try to come back later at 3:00 and maybe it would be better. I would’ve probably been a LOT more understanding IF her attitude was not so rude and unprofessional. Not once did she apologized or seemed to feel bad to turn us away.
I ended up calling the Schaumburg branch where a gentleman by the name of Brian Karas asked us to come in and by the time we arrived he held the door open for us and immediately apologized for lack of assistance at the Hanover branch. It took him a total of 10 minutes or so to add me to TWO separate accounts. 10 minutes that the person at Hanover couldn’t find. I had to drive 25 additional minutes to the Schaumburg office but totally worth it.
Hanover branch should close their doors if they can’t find employees who know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

I've called them at least 10 times today and they won't answer the phone. When I called the US Bank corporate helpdesk (which is an ordeal in itself to try and talk to a person), they explain that they don't have any control over this branch. They tried to transfer my call to this bank, it was a disconnected number. After calling corporate helpdesk back, corporate helpdesk tried calling the branch and had no way to reach the branch either.

Melek Morales was sincere and very professional with her knowledge of the best products US Bank currently offered and suited me, I felt comfortable opening my accounts and based on this excellent experience, I will be moving multiple accounts from BMO to US Bank in the near future. I found my Banker!

So I’m writing this review as I am sitting in the lobby… THE ONLY CUSTOMER HERE. I wasn’t acknowledged, had to ask a teller if I can see a banker, got an excuse that they are busy, once again, I’m the only client in this branch. Apparently being short staffed, while I have counted 7 people here at least, is what short staffed means. This bank is ridiculous. How are you still operating? I can’t find an answer.

I had a great experience with the client relationship consultant named "Nancy Kakish." She is very polite and responsive. With her help, I opened a new checking account. She explained everything in detail and also walked me through the entire banking process. I am really pleased with her work. I must say, take her assistance when you're at this location. Thanks again, Nancy, for helping me on this.

I have been with US Bank in Hanover Park, IL for many years & have been pleased with their service especially their manager, Nicole Robbins, who has gone out of her way to help me.

Horrible service. Gave me grief about being out of state despite having an account here 15 years or so. Completely wrote me off and didn't seem to want to take the time to try and take care of me. Took time out of my day to come here, considering switching bank. I haven't had to go into one in awhile and seriously disappointed in how it was handled
