This autozone in harrisburg illinois is in need of manager retraining with a focus on customer retention, unfortunately the current manager Mr. John belt prefers to use confrontational tactics. I was personally abused verbally by this current manager and I had to call the district and regional management to make them aware of Mr. Belts attitude and approach. As the customer i didnt appreciate being disrespected. Good thing theres an oriellys just down the street, thats our new go to store for all our autopart needs..... With current manager, John, at this location, it's sure to continue with the poor attitude.
Followup,..... calls and emails have gone unanswered.

The problem I have is Mr. Belt. The manager always complaining about having to use the diagnostic tools. The last two times I’ve been in there he’s complained and it’s not even him doing it. One of the worst things you can do as a manager is be negative when it comes to do your job. The diagnostic machine help me figure out the roundabout problem And in the right direction where I found the problem. Mr. Belt wishes they would take Away. It seems like he needs to go through a retraining program on customer relations in the core values of what AutoZone stands for.

Have had horrible experiences with Matthew Dudley he said he would order parts for me from Marion and they would be there the next day by 2. He never ordered the parts for me. So I drove to Marion to get them. I had a couple bad experiences with Matthew.
