“I wanted to purchase a CD at a favorable rate. A bank I had contacted earlier wasn’t really interested in talking to me. I had never banked at Bantera because I was already established with another bank for many years. Long story short. I had the good fortune to talk to Sydney Tucker. I explained what I was looking for and she said that she would see what she could do. Three phone calls later she had gotten pretty much the terms I was looking for. It was refreshing to work with someone who seemed to be interested in doing business with a new account. I give Sydney 5 stars for her professionalism and friendly attitude. I’ll probably do more business with Bantera in the future.”
