One of the strengths of any car dealership is their service department and Jim Hayes Ford is 5 Star! Being from out of town and having an issue, their service dept was knowledgeable and had the diagnostics and expertise to identify and fix my problem in a timely manner. Our 2022 F250 had multiple warning lights on. Had it at another dealership 3 times and couldn't get the problem resolved. Took it to Jim Hayes Ford where we bought it and they found and fixed the problem in a short period of time.
