“My father is buried in a small cemetery in rural Illinois. We live in Oklahoma but wanted to have flowers delivered for his grave on Memorial day. Another company took my order, charged my card, then late Thursday (before Memorial day on Monday) sent me an email that they couldn't deliver, order had been canceled and card refunded.

Not knowing businesses in the area, I contacted a funeral home who recommended Pickfords. I contacted them early on Friday before the holiday. I spoke with Carla who was AMAZING! She advised and sent pictures of arrangements they had previously made and also offered the option of a custom arrangement that she assured me would deliver in time. The photos were beautiful, one was selected and delivery was accomplished later the same day.

I HIGHLY recommend this business. They went above and beyond to assure my dad was properly recognized on this very special holiday. I will definitely utilize them again!
