Went in today because my door wasnt closing properly. They fixed it in about 5 minutes and didn't charge. Super helpful and kind about my wonky door!

Horribly unprofessional. Did not complete the repair. They threw my plate on the dash. Left me without a front plate mounting bracket. Tore tape off and left bumper unpainted. They tried to bill insurance for a supplement when it was their fault. Dishonest and combative when I brought up the shoddy work. Go elsewhere!Came back to edit. Took my car to dealer and showed them the horrible paint job Wes did. You can see rough spots on the bumper where it joins. It looks like they didn't sand it out or it didnt dry all the way before they put it back on? It looks terrible. They also left my keys in the ignition and car could have been stolen or I could have been locked out with auto locks. Total lack of respect and no pride in their work or mannerism of how they do business.The smell of fumes are also powerful in the office and I voiced my concern about a baby in the office the first time I was there.

I wish I would have read the ratings before using this body shop. They did shotty work, throwing my plate into my dashboard and leaving me with no mounting for my front plate. They peeled tape off after painting which left an unpainted surface then tried to bill a supplement. The owner is combative and Hostile. Filed dispute on my credit card for charges as owner refused to make it right. Took photos in case it has to go to small claims.

Awful and dishonest. Kept the car for 3 weeks past when it was due. Furthermore, was told the wife ordered a part that was not needed and I was still charged. I had to demand the part because they were trying to keep it but still charge me for it unused. In fact he would not return my keys until I paid in cash. I thought only criminals dealt in “cash only”, so not sure what’s going on with this shady place.

I got into trouble for checking on my vehicle (after I paid my bill) for bothering them. Just wanted to see how it was going ?? Do not call them after you drop your vehicle off it makes them mad!!!!!
