The hotel rated itself! Super basic. Needs some upkeep. Served our purpose. Clean sheets and comfy bed. Waffle machine breakfast. Coffee in Styrofoam. Enough said.

Good stay in the area close enough to Bell Smith Spring and Garden of the Gods. The room was clean and suited our needs.
