Had to drive the neighborhood today to find my package, On the neighbors porch. Thank goodness Amazon lets you know your package was left on the porch. To bad it don’t say 3 doors down. Always on Saturday

We just recently moved to Harrisburg & had some issues with our address change. The ladies that helped us (I didn't get their names, wish I had) were just fantastic! We really appreciated the way they took care of us!

Still having trouble with getting my mail .why can't I get my mail in the day time instead of 8PM at night. And why does my neighbors get my mail and vice versa? Or someone will be walking down the sidewalk and see mail that has been dropped by the mail man or mail woman. This must stop .☝?

I love the girls working at the Harrisburg, IL post office. They are always helpful and nice. Some times I am running a little late to get on the truck by 3 and they always do their best to get it on the truck for me. If I miss the window on Saturdays, i knock on the door and they take my packages. (I print my own postage so they are ready to go) They are wonderful!!

Hours are incorrectI work odd hours and couldn't get to the Post Office between between 8 and 430 I looked online it said that Post Office was open till 5 they actually close at 4

I had to call today and make an inquiry about a package that seems to be stuck. Melissa answered my call quickly and was extremely kind and helpful. By far this is best experience I've had from this post office in quite some time. Thank you, and I hope the service continues this way.

Made an appointment for passport a week ago and when we showed up for that appt that rude blond lady told us she was not going to be doing that today. Shaking her head the whole time she whined about having to do her job. She told us to go to Marion or Carbondale because they have more people. When we mentioned we had an appt there she said, "That doesn't matter. It's not going to happen today". She should be fired. Obviously reading these reviews, she is a problem employee.

I never have a remotely decent experience dealing with the staff here. They are mostly rude on the phone and in person. I hardly ever get a solid answer from them, and have had issues where they have given me the IDK in regards to my packages being delivered to me.
