Will load early if dock available otherwise you have to checkin and go to and wait at nearby gas station. They’ll call you one dock available. Nice people.

Checked in at 8am for a 9am PU, got a door right away, didnt start loading till 10am, loaded and rolling at 11am.

No where did it say no idling. So don't come here if you have pets. I was not made aware of the no idle policy until after they had started loading. The woman was extremely rude.

Less than two hours from check in to check out and very polite the only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is there rule of shutting the truck off. We have pets it was 85 outside they weren't happy. Investment in some glad hand locks and or having the truck disconnect would solve this issue

Choked wheel but they need you to turn your truck off in 100 degree weather to load.
