I came in to hopefully have my new device swapped over. Customer service was down for over a month and the new layout for your account did not have a swap device option. Coming from the city I made the commute based on the reviews. My local boost mobiles are terrible, but this location was top notch. Wait time was limited to software upgrade on my new device or else I would have been on and out. The representative who took care of me was pleasant and informative. I recommend this location.

? Bought 2 new phones that are both bad. Been with provider since 2015 upgraded phones before. Neve had as many issues with previous versions as I do with these 2 new phones. Not doing anything different from before. Don't understand why so many issues.

oscar,worked almost 2 hours on my phone,he put in a new sim card,and never charged me a dime! The clerks are always, friendly, fast and super nice...The prices aren't too shabby either,I highly recommend this company.
