My 77 year old husband when to get a pension letter notarized. His ID and DL had been outdated since 2018 cause he stopped driving and I do all banking. So I contacted head of bank Louis was his name. He explained that my husband had to update his ID so I had to go thru a lot to get his and mine updated. I contacted Louse on Tuesday. To verify they would accept a temporary ID and he said yes. I ask if the bank would fax the notarized letter to the teamsters local 703 Pension for us he said yes . Infack I talked to him 3 or 4 weeks prior and he said yes they would fax the letter when my husband came in. Fast forward, Tuesday he ask when my husband would be coming in. I said Wednesday or Thursday he said okay and I verified that they could and would fax the notarized letter. We'll guess what. The Lady told my husband they don, t fax for customers
. I am beyond upset. We have been a customer for over 10 years. Have a checking and saving account. I am ready to find a bank that appreciates our business. Lynda M Viles
And was never told bank would be closed for Junteenth holiday. Which was Date our neighbor was planning to drive my husband to the bank . I found out when I tried to call McHenry Assessment office that every federal affiliate offices was closed for the day.

Don’t even bother coming here!! Make the drive to Marengo…
They can’t even fill out the paper slip for you to deposit into your bank account in the drive through and a girl use to work there that would take small amounts out of people’s accounts until she got caught by customers

DO NOT ENTRUST THIS BANK WITH YOUR MONEY. Unacceptable treatment of my 87 year old mother who has been a loyal customer and in good standing for the history of this bank in Harvard. Complete lack of willingness to help resolve the issue in a way that reflected professionalism or decency. We know several tellers at this bank who are lovely and phenomenal at their jobs. But Adrianna, not so much. You can do better than this. My mom who is gracious said, well maybe she just needs more training.

I LOVE IT HERE. First of all I want to say that I have been coming here for years and never have I ever been so impressed. The facility is so clean and quick. I am also in love with the diversity. They really make me feel like I am welcome. As someone who struggles with speaking English I really appreciated how everyone made sure I understood what was being said. Not to mention the nice homey feeling. Everyone at the Harvard branch is always so nice and kind whenever i stop in. I would also love to give a special shoutout to Adriana Miranda for making my money problems seem so easy to handle. She helped me get my debts paid and start my house loan. Without her I wouldn’t have been able to give my family a nice home. Thank you again to the Harvard branch for being so welcoming.

I would rate it lower if I could. This bank is hoarding my grandmothers money, marked the account for fraud, and is refusing to cooperate. Awful management, you should never trust your money with this bank. Even Wells Fargo is a better option than this!

HOLLY MORTIMER might be the rudest person I have encountered in my life! You pull up and you're immediately met with a rude tone and short responses. If she doesn't like her job she should look for a different one. Adrianna has the been the only banker that has been beyond kind!

This bank sucks! This guy who works there is rude and mean. The opposite of helpful. Luis Gonzalez you called me inaccurate but it was you who is wrong. Thanks for adding some more stress for my mom like losing her money twice wasn't enough. I'm sure you won't keep that job long as nobody likes a total douche bag.

DEFINITELY THE WORSE BANK! staff is so rude they don’t even know what they’re doing plus they don’t want to work at all, they want to do the less effort possible, lots of mistakes made, they transferred my money to other customers accounts, only Adrianna was so nice to me and I really appreciate her, but the manager Luis Gonzalez is the worst! He’s so Rude arrogant and doesn’t have any idea how to treat a customer. So disappointed of this bank ?

You’re better off going to a different branch or calling customer care personally. Everybody is so rude.. I’ve had nonstop issues. And nobody is good at communication. One banker tells me one thing and then the next one tells me a different story. I have been waiting a very long time for funds that I was told I could pick up yesterday. I drive an hour to the branch to pick up my check and now I’m told I can’t have it I am fed up with rude people. I will never bank here again. I suggest banking somewhere else because God for bid somebody tries to scam your account they hold you reliable. And now you’re on fraud and can’t get your remaining funds. Sorry I got scammed and tried to pay off my balance that I didn’t even do trying to do something good and pay off my overdrawn balance because I got scammed and I can’t get the rest of my funds. Zero stars. And horrible rude service. Julianna is the worst, two times now with rude behavior,
