“i dont often write reviews but i genuinely love this pharmacy and these people. i came from the woodstock walgreens pharmacy (which is an absolute nightmare) and this pharmacy was a breath of fresh air. the techs are so so nice and helpful and patient. at one point, i had a very complicated coupon from a manufacturer for a very expensive name-brand controlled substance. they were so patient and kind when they were clearly doing their best to get the coupon to work.

if you're one of those horrible people that are mean without any reason, i hope you dont go to this pharmacy, i hope you go to the woodstock walgreens and get what you give. please leave these angels at this pharmacy to the folks who deserve them.

to the techs at the harvard walmart pharmacy, you are amazing and i am so grateful i started to go here!!”

“I'm in town visiting my brother and my daughter ran out of her pills. Maggie the pharmacy manager went above and beyond calling our cvs in Florida and getting her prescription sent urgent so we could get them in time before they closed!! I'm so very grateful for the sweetness and caring we received!! The girl at the counter was great as well! Thank you!”

“I personally have never had any issues with staff in store or pharmacy they have been nice and courteous.
Store is clean and organized pick up service is good and prompt.
Pharmacies accuracy with meds and refills have been satisfactory.Drive thru is ok sometimes slow but it more the customer maybe addressing issues that slows things down a bit not staff.
Hours have changed a few times but because of location I can understand closing early on weekends it's a small town not as many customers .During the week it only busy at peak hours between 3 and 5pm but they are open later.
What is a concern is complete close when there is no pharmacist available warnings are put on window but not everyone sees this so always call first or check online here ,look at hours it will say closed.
A pharmacy can not be open by law if a pharmacist is not present to authorize dispense of meds the distribution and sales.
This only happens when there is a shortage of pharmacist for the area or on a strike.
I rated a 4 star because sometimes human error happens but with communication and patience it can all get worked out and problem resolved. Remember staff are people and maybe they don't realize how they are acting don't take it personal if it is personal address it with manager.”
