The lady on my route is very rude and lazy, says she tried to deliver my mail when i was outside and literally watched her not put a single puece of mail in my box! She needs to be fired completely unacceptable

The people that work at the Harvard Post Office are the best. The people are friendly and helpful. I had a lost letter and the folks there, John and the whole crew, helped find out the story and keep me updated. Thank you!

TERRIBLE (long term) carrier! Complaints are pointless and we'd like to opt out of their "services". Make sure you've got LOTS of cameras everywhere.

I visited this post office from out of town and John was the associate who assisted me. There was no wait or lines at this location so as soon as I walked in John asked how he could assist. He provided the best box for shipping and gave me some extra bubble wrap left by another customer. He was so friendly and helpful - the smoothest transaction and best experience at the post office in a very long time!

Have had multiple problems with the harvard post office losing multiple packages and not following delivery instructions leaving mail out in the open for others to grab lost a paycheck on 6/25/21 because they left it outside if the mailbox poor service even with the online pictures of whats been delivered is poor

Called earlier in the day to pick up a package, when i went later to pick up the guy there said i can't have it because its on a pallet that i needed to wait till tomorrow.
