I love Woodforest in the Walmart in Harvard!! The two girls there are AWESOME and SO helpful!! They always have a smile for me and brighten my day every time I go in there!! I highly recommend this branch!!

Melissa was so helpful.She helped my husband and I change from our Kentucky bank to Woodforest National..She told us step by step how to transfer our direct deposit from old bank to here and explained all the fees and policies..I've searched months trying to find the right bank since we moved to Illinois and so happy to have found Melissa and the very informative teller.(sorry I didn't catch her name..

I have experienced so many inconvenience’s, and fraud causing multiple unauthorized charges overdrafting fees, and my life a living nightmare when I thought all was lost and I was scammmed and no one cared I was wrong WOODFOREST BANK OF HARVARD ILL.. (Manager Melissa) saved my life, my day, my whole attitude, and I see there are good people that care and want to help I’ve been with them for several years and many more to come they served me right!!??♥️

Worst banking experience ever. 3 new hires with no management that didn't know how to perform a simple transaction. There for over a hour. Talked to the district manager and he told me that its hard to find good employees and blamed everything on the pandemic. Id fire all of them including the district manager. Somedays the bank cant even open. Funny thing. My bank has lots of qualified employees there.So does the store the bank is in. Stop using the pandemic as a excuse. Much improvement needed.

ive been at this bank a couple of times and everytime im at this one specifically i end up having the most trouble with where i will transfer money from checking to saving then withdraw from my checking but then find out they will have taken the money right out of the savings, another time where i was depositing 300 dollars into my bank account and the bank teller only put 150 into my account i asked her where the rest of the money went and she says its in my account buy it clearly wasnt kept going back and forth until she finale corrected it and the other bank teller next to her mumble wow this guys a moron yeah not the best bank to go, at least the harvard one anyway
