What a joke of a business. The first time I came, I was between their hours of 9a-3pm. Apparently even that meager schedule is too difficult to follow, because no one answered the phone and the door was locked. I tried a second time and there was someone there. I picked out a carpet, got a price, and she lined up someone to install it.I was to meet her at 8:30 (I was assured she could open early and it was no big deal) and then pick up the carpet, pay and then go to the house to meet the installer the following week. She didn’t show up until 9:30. She offered no apology for the misunderstanding.Don’t go here unless you don’t value your time.

Awesome customer service... very helpful...best prices in town...wonderful selectionI needed help with a small remodeling project at my Grannie's house. I'm visiting out of town it was a rush job and I really didn't want to spend a lot of money on it. This place helped me get everything I needed even paint and kept me way under budget.I will be recommending this place to EVERYONE!!!!

Great Selection at a Great Price....my budget was only allowing me to carpet a few rooms....but once I went to Barely Used Carpet, I was able to carpet everything and still had money leftover...Thank YOU!!
