“I was referred to Custom 77 by my insurance broker, who takes his cars there for bodywork when needed. He explained to me that the Body Specialists there are trained from within and not outside hired, which being a business owner myself I know what a big difference properly trained personnel makes. The owner runs the shop and his daughter manages the front office and they both made me feel comfortable and especially confident leaving my new 2024' Buick Encore GX with only 20,000 miles on it in their hands. They made the whole experience go smoothly and handled all the insurance company's queries. They even helped with the car rental. They replaced and painted my entire front bumper and grill assembly. “Communication was great and willingness to make corrections was ever greater. John did an exceptional job keeping me informed and making sure I was satisfied with the service. I understand that unforeseen things happen and there may be oversites at times. Upon receiving my vehicle I noticed a few small imperfections in the paint (due to previous rock chips not the painters' fault necessarily) as well as a plastic part missing that was there prior to drop-off. I notified John and he immediately offered for me to bring it back to have those things taken care of. This is a prime example as to how a business should be run. No one is perfect but John shows that it goes a long way just striving for it! Great experience would highly recommend this shop as long as John is overseeing things!”
