I went in to get my iPhone 11 screen fixed and I thought everything was fine until this message kept popping up on my phone saying the screen wasn’t a genuine part of apple. Then I realized the quality of my screen, pictures, videos, apps, camera, etc wasn’t the same and certain things on my phone is not functioning right. So I called up there explaining my situation and asked them was the screen real and of course the lady I spoke with was certain the screen they put on my phone was real and a genuine part of apple and told me if the message pop back up just basically disregard it. So now I’m noticing my display brightness isn’t bright how it use to be, so I call Apple Support, that’s when Apple Support told me that they sold me a non genuine part, so now I call back to boost mobile to let them know that I know they put a generic screen on my phone and why they didn’t let me know that they was going to put a generic part on my phone, so the man tells me he can change my screen or he can order me an apple screen that’s going to cost me $175 after I just paid them $80 to fix my screen and paid $10 for a screen protector which should have came with the screen change, I also brought a phone case from them too, so overall I spent $115…. I was going to have them fix my daughter iPhone screen but I will never do business with them again! And this is not the last they are going to hear from me! DO NOT GET YOUR SCREEN FIXED AT THIS PLACE!
