The old man working is VERY rude and tried to over charge me. This is the 2nd time I have come in and dealt with his rudeness and I will NEVER be back. I also told all friends and family not to come back as well because he’s a jerk! I asked for coffin shape and h TOLD me he’s doing square! My nails are ugly!

I wish I could’ve given 0 stars. I had two services done, a full set and a pedicure. The man that did my pedicure was great ! But the lady that did my full set was terrible. She drilled too far up, hurting my cuticles, and my nail broke one day later.. while I was there, there was another young lady who said she came in a few days prior for a full set, and all of her nails was broken. They had to be all removed and taken off and done again. It’s just sad. I would never go back here again. Smh

I originally gave them 3 stars a while back, but had to drop it to 2. I had been consistently going here since my 8th grade graduation till I was practically forced to seek other shops. I am now an adult and disappointed with how far they’ve declined. It seemed like things were getting better between 2019-2022 but it was NEVER consistent. Not to add on the fact they swap out the workers OFTEN. I hate finding a stylist that could execute my desired look, just for them to be replaced by a trainee. The new people seem to learn as they go and that is not appreciated. I got a toe infection on both big toes from this place and am now prone to ingrowns. I really loved this place growing up but the attitudes need to change, they aren’t consistent with good work and they need more consideration towards care/cleanliness. A fair price means nothing when you have to undergo surgery for constant ingrown nails.

So I use to always come here get my lashes done but last Wednesday I went in the evening to get my lashes done by a different lady and as she was doing my lashes the gel was dripping in my eyes and my eyes was burning so she keep wiping the glue off so 3 days later I had to take them off due to my eyes burning and watering so irritated me so I took them out I’m not going back

I use to go here a few years back. There service has been getting worse over time. I went in this time to get my nails took off and once again they messed up. She cut my real nails, the drill was so high it made me bleed across my nail bed. They decorations is outdated. I won't be returning no more. I am so disappointed and will have to go get my nails done somewhere else.

It’s really a hit or miss here. The guy does good work, but my most recent visit was not the best. My nails were uneven, rough around the edges, and not enough polish I had to go back the next day to have it fixed. The woman who does lashes is….trash!! I tried it 3 times and each time, I had to go back to get them fixed within the same or next day. It sucks because they are the closest to me but I rather go further out to get quality service.

I’m never going back if I could I would give them 0 stars because In the process of doing my nails, I still had on nails that needed to be soaked off. The lady just drilled them then, when I asked, was she gonna soak them off because I wanted a new set she proceeded to break my real nails off carelessly along with the acrylic and when I noticed, I asked her why would she do that and she just smiled. I got up and walked out.

Left dry skin on my feet after pedicure when I showed her she offered me lotion instead of getting it off lbs … fill in terrible…all different shape nails and bad paint job

Don’t go in here! All my nails popped off. The first one came off the day after getting em done. They was good on redoing my set. No argument but I still an inconvenience. But after the lady tried to over charge me and still messed up my shape and foundation I would never go back in there. While getting my nails fixed or redone I guess you could say another lady was getting a full white tip set. They left the white tip cracked under her full set then was mad when she had to fix it
