On Thursday, July 3, 2025, at around 6:05 PM, I saw a man walk out of this Family Dollar store with a box of garbage bags without paying. He was black. He was wearing a wifebeater shirt and black pants. He drove off in what looked like a black SUV. He drove south on S. Wood Street.
