ATMs are Trash!!!!!!!......customer service TRASH!!!.....3 people at the desk no one said hello or even acknowledged I was standing there. This branch is also incredibly slow moving.

We don't have an account there, cashed a check written from a Fifth-Third Bank Account for $2,000 and they charged a $100.00 Fee, the fees are lower at the Currency Exchange than cashing a check written from their own bank

Was horrible no customer service . I went for a deposit and the teller acting like if she was busy didn't say hi or nothing there was nobody in line so 5 min later a second customer walked in and the teller said hello to her and left me waiting in line im still waiting then a FedEx employee walks in and again was very friendly to him and never to the second to tell me " give me minute a will be right with you " so I left to the other bank in south holland

They always saying they can’t do transfers over the phone & when I talk to the other fifth thirds it’s never an issue . I don’t have a regular savings account where I can transfer manually back & forth without them doing it . They’re just always rushing to get off the phone.

Do not even think about banking here. They give your information out to vendors that are fraud after I just received a new card and told told them these charges are fraud. They have a god complex. Theyre slow and make big huge mistakes. They have not refunded my amazon refund that is now past the time amazon said it would be in the bank. They have terrible cocky god complex workers that they laid most off, Not because of this virus but because they're too stupid to realize they just lost all my family and any one who reads this to just set their workers up to work at home. It's a greed free greed. Set your emooloyees work at home or maybe yothey don't have the technology or even know how. Know this. I'm cancelling all my accounts as well as everyone in my family. You are money hoarding bank that will make a customers financial situations a living heLl. There's no trust in this bank. That's for sure. When I opened my account the girl not only put my name in wrong when I went to try to prove IT was reallyme they also put my birthday In wrong. Stupid uneducated and careless, as well as very unprofessional and rude. I hard to bring all kinds identification to prove I was me. The people are rude and extremely incompetent. Please do not make a mistake and bank there. I'm filing with the fdic for them giving fraud vendors my info. These people could care less and they're either stupid or up to something illegal. The

I made a 300.00 deposit to my secure credit card , one week later I check my credit score, it dropped, I check my credit report and found this bank put my deposit in a savings account, I asked that I don't have a savings account, the teller says , well u have to say put the payment in ur credit card. Am I missing something, I didn't open a savings account!
