“I’m back at State Farm… Had State Farm for 44 years switched a couple of years ago, but the price kept going up. Alix was very personal and made me feel comfortable enough to come back. I love having an agent I know who has an office that I can visit and will send me detailed paper bills every six months. I’m old school but car insurance is important . Alix was great and assured me that he was there and would answer any questions. Not just a blip on my smart phone..Some I now know.”

They are always professional, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to help me with my insurance needs. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for reliable and friendly insurance service in the Calumet City area. However my experience with the State Farm company has turned bad, we experienced a bad storm last year which caused damage to my roof and I experienced leaks inside my house. State Farm refused to replace my roof instead they want me to patch it up and have different colors on the roof due to the age of the roof. I’ve been a customer for over 30 years and never filled a claim on my house, this is unfair. My State Farm bills has increased over 30%. I have a great agent but looking for a new insurance company”
