We saw security at your location yesterday awesome awesome please keep them on site I am so pleased to see extra precaution that area is sosoos bad due to convicts and gangs in the parking lot across the street

This location is clean, well stocked and most importantly, the staff is friendly and helpful. Here's the thing though: you can not shop here unless you're a LICENSED hairdresser/cosmetologist. That's by law, so don't get mad at the staff when they enforce it. Go to Sally Beauty instead.

Incredibly low inventory. I had to switch my color line because they did not have the equipment necessary for the goldwell cans, or enough of the cream tubes. Asking if they could check to see if there was anything in the back seemed like a new idea. The location in Lincoln Park is definitely the only one I will be going to in the future. With all of the free education that I know cosmoprof provides, I would have hoped for better information regarding different products. I do not expect them to be educators themselves but I was definitely disappointed in this location as a whole. The staff was not rude, so I am not complaining about any negative personal interaction.
