I came here looking to switch over from MetroPCS, but this guy working here was the laziest kid I've ever met.Super skinny legs and cornrows for hair.He wanted ME to do his job! LITERALLY!He wanted me to call MetroPCS and get my account number and transfer pin.I called a different location and put the woman on speaker and asked her if she could help me transfer and what she needed from me. She said all she needs from me is my phone number, that she can do everything else.This Cricket location has the laziest little boy working there.For that, I'm staying with MetroPCS.Cricket Wireless can keep their bad customer service to themselves.I live in Harwood Heights, and this would be the place I pay my bill every month.I refuse to look at this lazy, skinny child with disgusting work ethic.

After purchasing a new iphone11 and not being able to make phone calls on it, I gave in and decided I had to go in-person to the store. The gentleman at the desk, Sebastian, was extremely helpful and patient with me since I was lost on how to activate my phone. I almost felt like switching providers, but I highly recommend this location!

This store is open, occasionally. No prices on displayed phones and the 'sales associate' had to "check prices in the backroom" for every device. He kept trying to sell me an open box/used iPhone. The one plus to this location was plenty of parking. I did not make a purchase here even though I was almost begging to buy a phone.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Always a pleasure to walk in there. Service is very good, I witched from T-mobile paying over $100 for 2 lines. Now I just pay $90 and get faster speed & unlimited talk and text! 100% would recommend.

Been to this particular cricket store a few times recently. Their employee Rosa was extremely helpful to me and my mother. Helping us getting her fortune 3 phone set up the correct way. I would definitely ask for her help again when I went there for any future issues.

I am very upset and just shocked that this company would terminate their best manager that I have come across.. I am taking my 6 lines back to T-Mobile especially after I learned that he was letgo for firing an employee for stealing, lol, are you kidding me.. he was fired for firing a thief, wow... I will never refer this company ever, he was the only reason I transferred my 6 lines and my parents transferred their 2 lines.. goodbye cricket , these owners are joke.

They will be loosing my 6 lines and my parents 2 lines. We are going back to tmobile, we were happy that finally we found a store with a amazing manager Mr.Sargon and now we come to find out he was terminated because he fired his employee for stealing, what a joke.. these companies will never learn to treat your hard working and dedicated employees with respect and dignity. I will be spreading the work to everyone that this franchise doesn't care. You can't believe the things they do their people.. shame on you mobilelinkusa
