Tracey at Marshall’s is always friendly and helpful. Every time I come in she has a calm, welcoming way about her that makes shopping a little easier and more pleasant. It’s nice to see someone who takes their time to assist customers and does it with a good attitude. ❤️❤️❤️ She is truly the best!

Sadly, I can't rate this store 0 stars but I have too. When I got to the cashier, there was this lady with blonde hair, I forgot her name but she was really rude, she asked me a question but I didn't hear her and ask politely that was was the question and she got angry and screamed at me in front of everyone asking me that question. And the rest of the employees even the manger didn't care about what happened. They should fire every employee and put new ones.

I went to go return an item I bought and out of no where this rude person by the name of Zuma butts in without excusing herself. She refused to refund me. I don’t know what this company sees in that person as Coordinator.

I was there Saturday December 23rd. I had two items when I get home I open the box for one of then items I had bought and it was not in the box. I was not given a receipt the cashiers were obviously very busy since there was a long line. (Over a 40 minute wait).I go back the next day to check if there is another box with the item I bought to do a simple exchange but unfortunately there is not. I ask for a refund and the assistant manager suma is rude rolling her eyes without even wanting to listen to the situation, I ask if she is the manager on duty to which she says yes and after asking her again she says assistant manager after having to ask her twice she calls the store manager over( not very friendly at all). Only wanting to provide store credit I explain there is no other item I want to exchange for and would just like my money back. It was no more than one day and I explain I have the card I paid for so all I want is my money back for the item that I did not even receive. I spoke to the store manager Liz and she says that it isn’t their fault and is very cocky when i explain the item is not in the box she laughs and says the box was heavy. I did not appreciate the help I got from either manager they were not helpful at all. I still have an empty box i paid for with no item. I now have to wait until after the holidays to get this resolved it shouldn’t be this hard when their was an easy fix to all of this.The box itself was heavy but if the manager knows that they are selling box’s without the items in the packaging, maybe they should start checking before releasing the item to the client. Horrible service.
