I've been going here for work boots for the past 15 years. I usually try to talk to the older and potentially more seasoned and knowledgeable sales associates. Sam approached me when I walked in the door. He's in his mid-twenties so I quickly looked around to see if anyone else was free. Nobody else was and I'm glad!
My feet have changed a little bit over the past year and my go-to boots no longer fit well. I found Sam to be amazingly knowledgeable, extremely patient and genuinely seemed pleased to help. Do yourself a favor and ask for Sam. He is a wise young man, well beyond his years.

I have been to this location 3 different times to buy work boots. I was told from other co-workers they use a machine to measure your feet and even detect if you have a high arch in your foot. First time I walked in the lady behind the counter pretty much only said hello and left me to look for my boots on my own. No recommendations on any boots, didn't measure my feet, didn't offer any insoles, etc. Second time I went their, Sylvia was there and right from the beginning she was super nice. She asked me what type of boots I was looking for and had some suggestions which were all good suggestions. She knows her stuff. Next she told me about measuring my feet to get an accurate size. We got an accurate size and the machine said I had high arches in my feet. She suggested some insoles that ended up being perfect for me. At work I walk in mud, gravel, deep puddles, grass, etc. these boots and insoles are the most comfortable that I ever had. I actually recently went back to buy another pair of boots and insoles and Sylvia was there. Once again the best customer service! Anybody can be nice for a day, but Sylvia is constantly great! She really cares about the customers which is a rare thing nowadays! Keep it up Sylvia, your attitude and service helps make people's days better!

I spent 300$ on a pair of work boots and I ended up tearing my skin apart. I have been Red Wing customer for many years but today is the END. I bought my boots over a month ago but I didn’t get a chance to use it and when I used it I saw actually the top of safety toe rubbing on my skin. It’s actually very painful. I went back to store hoping they can fix it but all I got “ your 1 month warranty is over”
Shame Red Wing.

5+++ Stars! This store is a gem! It was my first time at this location-huge selection of footwear. As soon as I walked in Silvia greeted and welcomed me inside the store..measured my feet and even recommended an insole to help my arches. Customer service here is amazing. Will be back soon to buy their slippers. Keep up the good work :)

Adrian and Alize are always super helpful when I go in to get boots. They take the time to measure feet to make sure I’m very satisfied. I go in quite frequently and make a point to only go to them, even if that means waiting while they assist other customers. Unfortunately, the other times I’ve gone in and they weren’t there, I’ve encountered 2 different staff members who have not been kind & i have not been satisfied. I was not greeted, nor helped. They stayed on their phone and looked very annoyed while I was asking questions. I asked for a manager at one point but they never seem to be in. Not a great way to run a business. From now on, I call to make sure the 2 employees who care are working before making my drive to redwing.

I just want to share that even though the website and the store sign has the hours of 11:00 am to 4:00 pm is a lie. I arrived at 3:30 pm and the person was putting shoes away and when we had his attention he just made a sign that it was closed. He didn’t bother at all. What kind of customer service do you provide?

I received an email for a friends and family discount coupon and was told that it only applies to discontinued shoes only. I used to work in sales at different retailers and friends and family discount applies nearly to all items. How deceiving.
