This place is the fastest post office to take your passport renew or like i did for my kids I didn’t had to take pictures from another place because they provided my pictures there i just had to pay there !!! I love this post office their’s always friendly staff…

The delivery was extremely unprofessional.
The courier gave my package to a random neighbor instead of leaving it safely by the mailbox — as they always do.
I never authorized personal delivery, and now the item is gone.
I need this package for my personal safety

I wish I could put 0. This place does not deserve even 1 star. Lady deserves to be fired for such attitude towards customers. She was rude and not helpful at all. I ended up wasting my time and not shipping a package.

I have never been around so much ignorance came to this post office Saturday may 2nd 2 lady working up front very disrespectful even to children and mean no help act you are the problem I walked out I will never return to this post office or allow my family and kids to I ask for names to report them they refuse give them to me .

People are nice and helpful to me here so far. Only issue is the line sometimes, but it moves reasonably quickly. I have yet to have any issues with anything I sent here getting where I wanted. I don't typically review post offices but the other reviews are from a different dimension.

Extremely rude disservice from Octavia Williams (the passport shrew) who should be replaced asap. There are better Candidates who can take her position and actually be helpful and kind. She talks down to people and yells All day long - very unprofessional. Totally unacceptable. I can’t believe it’s still tolerated for so many years. Please replace this woman as soon as possible. Our high taxes should pay for better service!
