Initially irritated with scheduled passport applications, but that was set before my visit. How could I be upset? Ms. Williams did her best to service customers in between 2 scheduled applications. Even handling a rude customer that bypassed 9 customers, whom waited for 15 plus minutes to be serviced, for passport related questions. An argument broke out between the rude customer and the 9 others including myself . She conducted herself very professionally even whilst being ill towards a rude customer. This is the utmost exceptional service, and I'm sure USPS would be honored to have her be a representation of a quality USPS employee.

Wow, is all I will say. I walk in and there was no lines but the two people at the staff couldn’t acknowledge me or tell me it will be a minute. One was on the phone, and the other clearly saw that I was looking for help. It felt like I was bothering them. What happened to customer service??? All one of them had to do is greet me with a smile and let me know one of them would help in a minute or something. And then asking questions about a shipment is another story as well. What is wrong with people that accept positions in customer service but refuse to do their part. It’s mind blowing…

Every time I come to this location I’m met by employees at the desk that hate their job. Extremely rude, disrespectful and lazy. It’s unreal how USPS allow people to treat people the way they do.

Harwood Heights is a bit on the slow side. I sent in a mail hold and 12 days later they called. The lady never identified herself. She told me, my mail hold was too long. I replied do what you can. She said, I had send in another form. This will give you a good general idea of their customer service..

Bad service at this location and lazy people at the desks. They should close this location and move it somewhere with new stuff. I had passport appointment and when I got there they told me to be in line and wait for my turn.
