“I live 70 miles away. My car had troubles right on the edge of Havana. I was able to coast into Performance Auto with battery light on, overheating alarms, a pop that sounded like I hit something or blew a tire. I was desperate for help. I was greeted by the most gracious person named Ashley. She popped the hood of my car tested the dead battery and told me what she thought might be wrong with it. She then had someone take it into the shop to look under the hood better, only to find a bigger problem. Ashley started talking a different language than me. I get that also because of working in the medical field. She then showed me pictures of what was wrong. I showed up on Friday afternoon. She could have told me that she was too busy or unable to get to my car that day. She did not. She worked me in, had the parts rushed and the team had to fix my water pump that blew, along with the serpentine belt and changed the battery. They had it all finished by 1130 on Saturday. They were so helpful to get me back home in a timely manner. I will forever be grateful to her and her team.”
