Nice chill spot to have a drink. Not to crowded and the regulars there are always friendly.

Happy Our Liquor in Havana, Illinois is the best place in town to buy alcohol or to just go to the bar and have a great time with friends. The staff is lively and they are good at suggesting what drinks to try. These Creamsicle Mash Ups seem to be my favorite at the moment and they have those for a great price.
