“Neal Tires in Havana, Illinois. Great experience on multiple occasions. I just bought a set of tires for my wife's car and they did a free inspection of the front suspension and brakes. Turns out my brakes were pretty worn. 2 days later my wife has a screw in her new tire. No problem. Bring it in and we'll fix it. Done. This week I decided to upgrade the tires on my truck. Neals was actually 7 dollars a tire cheaper than Amazon!! They also did a free alignment check and informed me that I need an alignment. I will be going back for that after paying for Christmas. Very helpful staff. I do my own repairs and find it hard to trust other places, but they have done very well by me and have gained my trust. Highly recommend this business.”

He came out, flatbed towed the car to his shop and had the problem solved and repaired by Monday evening.
